What makes your jewelry unique?

Our necklaces are designed to serve as a reminder of the importance of paid leave in America, raise awareness, and ignite conversations. Wearing our jewelry connects you to a growing community dedicated to supporting families and promoting policies that make paid leave accessible to all.

Each necklace is carefully hand-stamped and made to order using high-quality materials. We keep pricing simple and transparent — every necklace is $50 — so you can focus on choosing the piece that speaks to you, knowing it’s made with care and purpose.

In what ways does your company give back?

We donate 10% of profits to nonprofit organizations across the U.S. that provide resources and support to families — offering diapers, clothing, baby essentials, parenting education, and emotional support. By choosing our jewelry, you’re not just purchasing a necklace, you're giving back to your community.

Do you make all the necklaces?

Yes, each necklace is individually hand-stamped and assembled. No two pieces will ever be the same! While we do source some of our materials from trusted manufacturers, all of our partners are based in the USA.

What is your jewelry made of?

All of our jewelry components are crafted from sterling silver or 14k gold-filled materials. They are lead and nickel-free!

About Gold-Filled Metal
Gold-filled jewelry is a high-quality alternative to solid gold at a more affordable price. It’s made by bonding a thick layer of 14k gold to a base metal, usually brass, through heat and pressure. Unlike gold-plated jewelry, which has a very thin coating of gold, gold-filled jewelry contains a substantial layer of gold, making it more durable and tarnish-resistant.

Which necklace length is right for me?

16": This is the perfect length if you love a choker-style necklace that sits right above your collarbone.

18": A little more relaxed than the 16", this necklace rests just below the collarbone.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Caring for Gold-Filled & Sterling Silver Jewelry

Clean Regularly: Gently wipe with a soft cloth to remove dirt, oils, and tarnish. Use mild soap and water if needed, then dry thoroughly.

Store Properly: When not in use, store in a dry, cool place, preferably in an anti-tarnish pouch or jewelry box.

Protect Your Jewelry: Take off pieces before exposure to water, sweat, or harsh chemicals (such as lotions, perfumes, cleaning products, and chlorine) to prevent damage.

Polish When Needed: Use a jewelry polishing cloth to restore shine and remove tarnish from sterling silver.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Since each necklace is handcrafted with care, please allow 3-5 business days for production and processing before your order ships.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we hope to expand our shipping options in the future!

We hope you love your jewelry! If something isn't quite right, just let us know — we’re happy to help. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
